An autonomous Adult-Gerontology Nurse practitioner and foreign educated Physician specializing in Endocrinology, weight management, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic health. With extensive experience caring for adults with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions, I've seen how personalized, evidence-based care can truly transform lives. I provide personalized telehealth care focused on nutrition, medication management, and sustainable lifestyle changes to help adults achieve balance, energy, and long-term wellness, all from the comfort of home.

GLP-1 Medications We Prescribe
At Weight, Metabolism, and Wellness Clinic, patient safety and evidence-based care are our top priorities. For weight management, we prescribe only FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, including Wegovy® (semaglutide) and Zepbound® (tirzepatide), when medically appropriate. These once-weekly injectable medications follow standardized, FDA-reviewed dosing and titration schedules and have been evaluated for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality. Wegovy is also approved for cardiovascular risk reduction in certain patients with obesity and established cardiovascular disease. All prescriptions are carefully monitored according to professional guidelines and individual medical needs.
We do not prescribe compounded GLP-1 products. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved versions of Wegovy or Zepbound and do not undergo the same level of review for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. For this reason, and based on current regulatory guidance, our clinic prescribes only FDA-approved GLP-1 medications.
